one, two - one, two, three, four

my husband forgot the laptop at work - again. fortunately, someone just dropped it off at our house. i've been staring at the empty spot on our desk for hours ...

so, as promised, finished object number one: raspy

it fits better now after a second wash and dry. still a bit wide, though, particularly in the back, but that's to be expected as the denim yarn only shrinks lengthwise.

specs:
pattern: raspy from rowan's denim people
yarn: rowan denim in memphis 229
needles: 3.5mm addi turbos

moving right along - finished objects number two and three: the mittens

sorry for the dark shot; the sun had set when i finished weaving in the ends. here's a better one of the first mitten:

specs
pattern: garter-cuff mittens from weekend knitting
yarn: hand-dyed shetland wool
needles: 3mm circular addi turbos + bamboo dpns for the thumb

and finally, finished object number four - a crocheted square from the 200 crochet blocks book:

um, as you can see i had to pin it down quite violently in order to make it a square. never mind. now, what should i do with it?
